To Register

You should be able to register for the Rose Vouchers Project if:

1 - You live in either SE1, SE5, SE15, SE16 or SE17

2 - You are at least 10 weeks pregnant
or have a child who is under 5 until August

3 - And if one or more of the following apply:

  • You already receive Healthy Start

  • You are on a low income (£16,200 per year or less)

  • Are a refugee or asylum seeker (NRPF)

We will get in touch with you when we have received your e-mail.

When you come to register

When we are able to register you, we will give you an appointment.

Please bring the following documents / ID with you when you come for your appointment:

1. Birth certificates for any children who may receive Rose Vouchers (siblings up to the age of 11 may receive Rose Vouchers if there is an eligible child who is under 5 until the end of August).

If you do not have the birth certificate(s), please take the Red Book for each child.

2. Official proof of address (utility bill, Universal Credit account will have your name and address on, etc.)

3. Proof of financial eligibility: Healthy Start Card; you may show your Universal Credit account on your phone; last three payslips, etc. If you are NRPF, please bring a document / card to evidence this.

If your income is less than £16,200 per year and you do not have any of the above financial evidence, please bring (or be ready to show on your phone) a recent bank statement.
