Getting creative with nature
Building on our children’s interest in nature, the children have artistically captured the season of summer with an array of different plants and flowers. Using a traditional Japanese technique called 'Hapa Zome' which involves hammering plants onto fabric so that their natural pigments are imprinted into the cloth, the children created a special wall hanging which then took pride of place at our recent graduation ceremony.
