FAQ’s

If you have registered and have not received your book. Please be aware that books can take up to 90 days to arrive from the point of acceptance to the scheme. This would have been stipulated in your welcome email direct from the Dolly Parton Scheme. If this time has passed, books are posted roughly between 14th to the end of the month. If you still have not received a book by then, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
If you have not received your book since change of address, we recommend returning to your old address (if possible) as this may have ended up there. If for any reason where you live has limited access, visit your local sorting office to see if your book is being held there awaiting redelivery. Once you have exhausted these avenues, please contact us to see if anyone has returned your book to the Children’s Centres.
If we do have your book, that is great! We will get that out to you. Sorry, we do not have any new books nor do we keep stock of books. But we occasionally have unclaimed books, we may be able to offer as a replacement.

We can do this for you. Please note as the scheme runs approx. one month behind, you will still receive books to your previous address for a further two months. We recommend a Post Office Mail redirect. If books are returned to the Children and Family Centre we will forward on to your new address.

Complete registration does not take place until Head Office runs their reports. We aim to get all new registrations and changes completed before this point. We ask for all new registrations to allow up to 90days for the first book to arrive. For any detail amendments, please allow approx 8 weeks.
