Be part of Team Zero Waste

Could you help to keep our wonderful Burgess Park clean? As part of Litter Free Mondays, our Friends at Burgess Park are doing just that with a weekly litter pick.

Every Monday between 7.30-9.30am, Friends of Burgess Park and members of the local community are coming together to help clear litter in the park. The group, dubbed ‘Team Zero Waste’, meet by the picnic benches in Chumleigh Gardens and would welcome an extra pair of hands. If you can spare some time to help tidy up our beautiful park, why not join them? Litter pickers and gloves supplied but feel free to bring you own!
