1st Place Nursery Open Day

Discover our Reggio Emilia inspired nursery at 1st Place at Lorrimore Square at our upcoming open day on Saturday 10 October, 10.15am - 2.45pm.

At our open day, a member of our experienced staff will give you a personal tour of our nursery, talk you through our unique approach to early years education and what it means to be part of the 1st Place family.

1st Place was founded to provide a special place where children and their families come first. We not only provide early education through 3 day nurseries but also offer a wide range of children’s centre services including free play sessions and parenting programmes.

Our nurseries provide a Reggio Emilia inspired approach to early education that includes encouraging children to take the lead in their learning, parental involvement and celebrating the many ways that children express themselves.

Our nursery at Lorrimore Square is located near Kennington tube station in SE17 and has a lovely community feel, a large indoor space, a garden and easy access to a playground and the nearby Pasley Park.

To ensure a more personal experience and to adhere to Government guidelines about social distancing, we will be holding special sessions during our open day with only 2 families per session (one adult and one child OR two adults).
