To continue encouraging our children’s love of reading, we have introduced a Lending Library and reading sacks.

As part of Language Week, we encouraged our children to embrace their individuality and celebrate other countries, cultures and traditions.

Dolly Parton is working 9-5 to get children reading with her Imagination Library. Check if your child could receive a book every month until their fifth birthday, absolutely free.

Nature has been a source of inspiration for our nursery children as they have been busy making their own decorations in time for Christmas.

It is an exciting time at nursery with our children continuing their love of building. They have been curious about famous buildings and have been busy making replicas in the nursery!

Christmas has well and truly arrived at 1st Place with our nursery children enjoying homemade decorations, carol singing, tea with friends, and visits to Santa in his grotto!
